The Fair was inaugurated Wednesday the sale of agricultural products at low prices to the people of Manzanillo, located in the workshops of the former Grenada Company better known as M and S. This fair has been established in Manzanillo, thanks to joint actions of Mr. Inocencio Rodríguez Peña, and his team Manzanillo Project Cross, as well as the Ministry of Agriculture, represented by its Minister Mr. Salvador Jiménez and the Comptroller General of the Republic, in the person of Mr. Pablo Cedano, external audit of our institution, all fulfilling the precise instructions of the President of the Republic, Dr. Leonel Fernandez in this regard.

This type of establishment to which we refer to, is without doubt a major achievement for our entire community, but especially for people of lower economic resources, which are definitely the more support needed to buy food every day.
The above provision is limited, in the determined and steadfast vision of our Lord President, the purpose of carrying the commodity basket at the lowest possible prices, the entire Dominican population, and in this case especially, the people of our beloved city of Manzanillo.

Naturally, the dynamics of the existence of these products will vary according to the flow of sales every week, but in principle this is the preliminary list we received the Ministry of Agriculture. From now on we hope to introduce Bananas Beef and local production of Project La Cruz, in order to strengthen the variety of offerings to munícipes.
